1. About These Rules
These User Content Rules explain your responsibilities for the content you submit to SpeakUp, the rights you give us, how we moderate content, and how to report content that infringes your rights or breaks our rules. They form part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Platform is operated by Shelp FZ-LLC (“SpeakUp”, “we”, “us”), Dubai Internet City, UAE. Contact: legal@speak-up.pro.
02
2. What Counts as User Content
“User Content” means anything you upload, post, send or display on the Platform, including profile information, photos and videos, biographies, opportunity listings, applications, messages, reviews, ratings and any other materials.
03
3. You Are Responsible for Your Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting it, you confirm that you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to submit it, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or break any law or our Community Guidelines.
04
4. The Licence You Grant Us
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant SpeakUp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, copy, adapt, format, display, distribute and otherwise use your User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, provide, promote and improve the Platform. For example, this lets us show your profile to relevant organizers, include your listing in search and matching, and feature Platform content in our marketing.
This licence ends when you delete the relevant User Content or close your account, except where: (a) the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it; (b) we need to keep it to comply with law or enforce our terms; or (c) it exists in routine backups for a limited period. We may keep aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies you.
05
5. Content That Is Not Allowed
You must not submit User Content that breaks our Community Guidelines, including content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or harmful, or that contains another person’s private or confidential information without permission, malware, or spam. You must not submit content that misrepresents your identity, experience or qualifications.
06
6. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
If you use AI features on the Platform, or AI tools elsewhere, to help create content such as a profile, message or listing, you remain responsible for that content. You must review it for accuracy before you publish or send it, and it must comply with these Rules. Do not present AI-generated material as something it is not, and do not use AI to impersonate a real person or to create misleading or deceptive content.
07
7. Moderation
We are not obliged to monitor User Content, but we may review, moderate, refuse, label, restrict or remove content that we reasonably believe breaks these Rules, our Community Guidelines or the law, or that creates risk for users or for us. Where we take significant action against your content, we aim to give you notice and a reason and an opportunity to appeal, except where immediate action is needed to prevent harm, fraud or illegality, or where the law requires otherwise.
08
8. Reporting Infringing or Unlawful Content (Notice and Takedown)
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property or other rights, or is otherwise unlawful, please send a notice to legal@speak-up.pro including the following:
- Your name and contact details, and, if you act for someone else, who you represent.
- A description of the content and where it is located on the Platform, with enough detail for us to find it (for example a link or profile name).
- A description of the right you say is infringed, or the law you say is broken, and why.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and confirmation of your authority to act.
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the content, contact the user who posted it, or take other appropriate action. We may share your notice with that user so they can respond. We may decline to act on notices that are incomplete, abusive or clearly unfounded.
09
9. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to legal@speak-up.pro including: your name and contact details; identification of the content removed and where it appeared; a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and confirmation that the information is accurate and that you have the right to use the content. We will review counter-notices in good faith and may restore content where appropriate.
10
10. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others or repeatedly break these Rules, in line with our Terms of Service.
11
11. Removal and Retention After Account Closure
When you delete content or close your account, we remove or anonymise your User Content as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to the exceptions in Section 4. Some content may remain visible if it has been shared with or saved by other users.
12
12. Contact
