What teams typically review next
- An executed DPA if SpeakUp processes customer personal data on the customer’s behalf.
- A current subprocessor list and, where applicable, contract terms governing future subprocessor changes.
- Transfer information if personal data may move across regions, including SCC or UK addendum support where relevant.
- A responsible disclosure path and a clear security contact for issues affecting the public website or related workflows.
